Sapphire Song (Diptych)
Sapphire… the colour of free diviner creative expression.
I was inspired by opal mining videos for this diptych. I’ve added magical reflective elements which woo your eyes as you move past the artwork, flashing iridescent whispers as you pass by.
They captured in a whirling dance, reaching for each other like jewel-toned synapses destined to connect.
These bring such delightful energy to a room, suitable for home and commercial spaces alike.
Original acrylic and mixed media on gallery wrapped canvas, ready to hang.
2 x Canvases measuring 1020mm x 1020mm x 40mm. With 5cm in between they’ll stretch across 209cm in total.
For non-Australian addresses we remove the canvases from the stretcher bars and post carefully rolled around cylindrical foam in a tube.
The artworks will require a trip to the framers to be restretched, but this method is far more cost effective than shipping whole.
